Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with our webinars and online courses. Please review the following terms carefully.
Webinars:
All fees paid for webinars are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Online Courses:
For online courses, refunds are only available under specific conditions. If less than 30% of the course content has been completed and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. To be considered for a refund, you must provide a detailed reason for your request and email us at contactus@betechinsight.com. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
Eligibility for Refunds:
– Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. – The course must have less than 30% completion. – A detailed reason for the refund request must be provided.
How to Request a Refund:
– Send an email to contactus@betechinsight.com with your refund request. – Include your order details and a reason for the refund.
Refund Processing:
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Additional Notes:
– We do not accept requests for refunds after 7 days from the date of purchase. – Refunds are not available for webinars or for courses completed beyond 30%.
